The story of Purity Coffee® began when Andrew Salisbury sought to help his wife Amber, who was suffering from debilitating fatigue despite maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Concerned that her high coffee consumption might be contributing to her health issues, Andrew researched the true effects of coffee and uncovered its numerous health benefits from experts at the Vanderbilt University Institute of Coffee Studies. Contrary to the negative perception based on outdated studies, coffee was found to offer significant health advantages, including reduced risks of several serious diseases. Motivated by these findings, Andrew and Amber, along with partners Jon and Missy Butcher, founded Purity Coffee® with the aim of producing coffee that maximizes health benefits while adhering to environmental and social responsibilities. They ensure sustainable practices by working closely with conscientious farmers, striving to create a positive impact on both personal health and the planet.
