Purity Coffee® was founded by Andrew and Amber Salisbury, driven by a personal health journey. When Amber experienced severe fatigue, they explored dietary changes, suspecting coffee was problematic. However, studies from Vanderbilt's Institute of Coffee Studies revealed coffee's health benefits. Motivated by this, the Salisburys, with partners Jon and Missy Butcher, established Purity Coffee® to emphasize coffee's positive health impacts, focusing on antioxidant properties. They prioritized a science-driven approach to both personal and planetary health, ensuring sustainable and fair-trade practices with farmers, all to promote well-being through coffee.
