Megafurniture's order policies include cancellation requirements 48 hours before delivery, contact methods, and the need for the order invoice number for processing. They allow selection of delivery dates and times, subject to confirmation. Changes to delivery information or items must be made 48 hours prior to the original or new delivery date. Combining orders requires a 48-hour notice. Handling of items that don't fit in lifts or missed deliveries incurs extra charges. Rejections upon delivery are accepted for damaged items. Exchanges, returns, or refunds must be requested within 7 days and certain items are non-returnable. Megahouse Pte. Ltd. may apply additional fees for delivery, location, and staircase charges during returns, and reserves the right to judge eligibility. Requests for returns should be made within 24 days of delivery, and products must be unused and in their original packaging. Some products are ineligible for return, including custom and clearance items or those already assembled or not in pristine condition.
