Cancellation of orders with Megafurniture must be done 48 hours prior to the delivery date. Contact customer service via phone or email with the order invoice number for processing. Clearance and customised items cannot be cancelled once confirmed. Delivery date and time selections are tentative and may be confirmed by customer service. Changes to delivery date, timing, or address need to be made 48 hours before the original or new delivery date, subject to availability and potential extra charges. Modification, addition, or removal of items from an order must also be done 48 hours before delivery, considering stock availability. Combining orders for the same delivery date requires prior notice. Items unable to fit in a lift may incur extra charges for staircase delivery. Missing a delivery may lead to additional charges for rescheduling. Rejection of items with defects is allowed, but not for clearance items. Requests for exchange, return, or refund must be made within 7 days of receiving items, excluding clearance and customised items, subject to Megafurniture's eligibility criteria and fees. Unused and undamaged products in original packaging can be returned within 24 days for a full refund, except customised or clearance items and those that do not meet condition requirements outlined by Megahouse Pte. Ltd.
