Each transaction is limited to one device, and all trade-ins are final, meaning the old device cannot be retrieved once the transaction is completed.

The trade-in value offered is non-negotiable and cannot be transferred. Transactions occur in iStudio locations, excluding airport stores, and may be refused at iStudio's discretion.
