Andrew and Amber Salisbury founded Purity Coffee® after their personal health struggles, especially Amber's fatigue, led them to investigate coffee's health effects. Contrary to popular belief, their research at Vanderbilt University Institute of Coffee Studies revealed significant health benefits of coffee, including antioxidant properties that can aid in conditions such as diabetes and heart disease. Motivated by these findings, the Salisburys, along with partners Jon and Missy Butcher, dedicated themselves to creating a coffee company focused on health, sustainability, and social responsibility, working with farmers to ensure equitable and eco-friendly practices.
